Please note that custom-made items are eligible for alterations to ensure the perfect fit rather than standard returns.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange and submit a formal request.
Quality Review
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original condition with all tags attached and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Processing and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned leather goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or initiate the shipment of your exchange.
